Sydney has worked in ministry in Kenya since 1999. She has a Masters in Elementary Education and has recently retired after teaching for 26 years. Sydney's passion is for educating impoverished orphans and children; disciplining HIV positive widows and providing a path to a brighter future to those without hope. Has been a member of the Alive Church for five years.

Paula moved to Tucson, AZ., from Spokane, WA. She graduated from Eastern Washington University with a B.A. in Marketing and International Business in 2016. She is originally from Colombia but she has lived in many places; five countries in total. This makes her a very culturally rounded person. Paula is a member of the Alive Church in Tucson.

After 32 years as an entrepreneurial restaurateur in the San Francisco Bay Area, Skip moved to Tucson in 2015 for the ‘quiet life’. Shortly thereafter, he was recruited to design and be the CFO for a new restaurant concept in Pleasanton, CA, continuing to live in Tucson. Skip has a BA in Economics from Ohio Wesleyan University, an MBA from Amos Tuck School, Dartmouth College; and a JD from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. He is a follower of Jesus and a proud member of Alive Church in Tucson.

Andy is a serial entrepreneur having created and ran his own businesses for the last 23 years. Andy served in the United States Marine Corp before going to college to become an Electrical Engineer. He spent his early career working for companies like Xerox and Intel before starting his own company in 1994. When he is not working, his passion is his family and his Church. Andy is member of Alive Church in Tucson, Arizona and severs on the Servant Evangelism Team. He feels called to use the gifts and blessing God has given him to serve people in less fortunate circumstances.

Having lived the desperate life of an orphan from age of 10, Geophrey knows first hand the challenges facing orphans and impoverished children in Kenya. Having raised his 3 younger brothers; putting them and himself through school; all the while working meager jobs to survive and pay school fees. Geophrey now has a family of his own, earned a B.A. and is working on his Masters Degree while still helping his brothers through school.
